Our two undergraduate programs are:

Industrial Technology: Prepares students for employment leading to supervisory and management positions in the production, automation, maintenance, or logistics areas of industry.

Information Technology Services: Prepares students with a solid background in business with emphasis on technology user support, including repair and maintenance of computer systems, management of call centers, and instructional design and delivery of technology training programs.
Our three graduate programs are:

Master of Science in Instructional Technology (MSIT): Prepares students to pursue careers as instructional designers, multimedia specialists, technology facilitators, and distance education specialists in P-12 and industry and business settings.

Educational Specialist (Ed.S): Designed to assist teachers teachers in improving teaching methods and qualifies teachers for the AAA teaching license.

Ph.D.: Prepares aspiring researchers who wish to pursue a career in higher education.
Students may also complete the Veterans' Certificate Program that consists of 15 semester hours of coursework designed for anyone at any level who would like to serve veterans.
Our faculty members have participated in many scholarly activities, including publication of numerous books and articles in national refereed journals and presentations at national and international conferences. Our students have received recognition through their participation in the student organization sponsored by the department. ATMAE students won first place in the robotics competition two years in a row and placed first in the report competition as well. We are very proud of our students and their contributions to their student organizations and appreciate the commitment of their faculty advisers.
Our department is very fortunate to have three scholarships endowed by generous donors for students in the Department of Instructional Systems and Workforce Development. Other College of Education and university scholarships are available to our students as well.
